REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do not offer a refund on any products sold through the online store unless the product is deemed a warranty or recall item. We do offer a 30 day exchange policy on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail email@example.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Any products returned to Biltwell without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to sender with no questions asked. Customer’s will be liable for all freight charges incurred on incoming and/or outgoing exchanges unless the products is deemed a warranty in which case Biltwell will cover outgoing shipping charges.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY:
Domestic orders placed Monday-Friday typically ship within 24 hours and are shipped out using UPS as the currier. International orders are shipped out on Fridays. If you place an order Friday – Thursday, the order will be sent out via USPS on the following Friday. Please refer to checkout page for exact cost of shipping for the specific order.
