Like every Acme component, our risers are designed—not decorated—to accentuate the clean lines and purpose-built style of our forks, triple trees and handlebars. Of course, our risers look great and fit perfectly on stock trees and hydraulic forks, too. That’s because we build our risers to a standard, not a theme. Every Acme riser starts life as a section of billet brass or aircraft-grade 6061 T-6 aluminum on a CNC lathe. After turning the shape, subtle backcuts and surface undulations are added on a four-axis mill. Drilling and tapping for the ½-13 mounting studs and stainless-steel ¼” Allen cap bar screw is next, followed by hand polishing to a mirror finish. When our Yankee craftsmen are finished, these American-made risers are ready to be the crown jewels on your custom front end.
